You haveing at the Sitting of the Comittee Ordered me to
write to Mr. Nathaniel Chandler< no role > & Mr. Daniel Holworthy< no role >
the two Trearers of the moneys collected on the Rates for
the Marshallsea King's bench & hospitalls , and acquaint
them that the Comittee had Ordered them forthwith to
gett in & receive what moneys was standing out on those
Rates, and to make up & leave at the Clerke of the
Peace's Office an acct. of what they had respcively reced
& of what money was standing out on those Rates &
of what high Constables had made default in not
Paying the same I accordingly writt tres to the sd
Trearers to inform them thereof, Since wth. Mr. Chandler
came to me and said he would have his acct. ready on
Thursday next being the first day of the County Sessions
holden at Westmr. hall, And yesterday Mr. Holworthy
left wth. me his acct. wherein he mencons that he
hath reced within the Division of wth. he is high Constable
£3.0s.8d. for the Yr. 1719 &. £3.0s.8d. the Yr. 1720, but that
all the other high Constables within the Hundreds of
Elthorne [..] Spelthorne & Istleworth are in arreare &
have not Paid him any moneys on those Rates, of wth. in
obedience to Yor. comands I write you this tre, and am
