Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us
two of his Maties: Justices of the Peace for the
said County of Midlx 1 Quor unns by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Chelsea in the said County that
Mary Sheffield< no role > Widow of Robert Sheffield< no role > .
deceased is lately come into the said Parish
Endeavouring to Settle there contrary to law
and that she is likely to become Chargeable
to the said Parish Wee the said Justices
upon Examinacon of the Premises and of [..]

same to be true and that the last place
of the legall settlemt: of the sd: Mary
Sheffield< no role > is in the Parish. of St: Bartholomew
by Exchange London in Right of her

his Maties: Name to Command You on sight
hereof to remove and convey the said
Mary Sheffield< no role > from and out of the said
Parish of Chelsea in the County of Midlx
to the said Parish of St: Bartholomew by
Exchange London and deliver her to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
there or to one of them who are hereby
required to receive & Provide for her
according to Law Given under our
Hands and Seales the sixth day of October
