Notice here into annext purporting that Mr Wm.
Allen< no role > did thereby give notice that he would appear
at the then next Genrall quarter Session of the
Peace of Oye hold on for the sd County of middx at Hicks hall
in St. John Street on Thusday then meet by Seven
of the Clock in the forenoone And then & there to
Try his Traverse to the Indictment that these Mr
Peters had preferred agt the sd Mr Allen for
buying & Receiving goods knowing then table
Stolen by bearding the sd Copy of the sd notice
with the Wife of the sd Mr Peters at his house
at Workwith aforesd.
