Upon mecon this day made unto this Court by Mr. Baynes
of Councell for Edmond [..] Meares who stands bound by
Recognizance to try his traverse at this present Sessions
upon an Indictmt. preferred against him for a trespass &
assault upon Stephen Lee< no role > , It is Ordered by this Court
that the sd. Edmond Meares< no role > be at liberty to try his said
traverse on Monday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon
And notice hereof & of the sd. triall is forthwith to be given
to the said Stephen Lee,
