The Informacon of Richard Owen< no role > one of
the Gentlemen of the Third Troop of
Guards taken upon oath the 26th. Day of
September Anne Dom 1716 before me one
of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for ye.
County of Middlesex

Who Saith that being in Company wth. the Person
now present who ownes his name to be William
Beaufort
< no role > at ye. Sun Inn in Hounslowe in the
County aforesaid Monday right last. he heard the said William Beaufort< no role >
Say he was an unfortunate Gentleman to that he had
an Estate of eight Hundred pounds a year but
had enjoyed it but Seven months [..] the
King having taken it from him for his being
in the late Rebellion And that he was ordered
among other persons to Transport himself
beyond the Seas & that accordingly he did P
Transport himself into France
