Success of yr Councils & arms in Suppressing the late
Unnatural Rebellion, Which threatned us in it's rise &
Progress will all the Miseries & Calamitys of a Civil her
and in its Event & Success with the total Subversion
of our Laws Our Liberties & Religion
We are truly Sensible of the happiness we enjoy under
your Majesties Government in the Security of all our
Civil & Religions Interests, And as you will now be at
Liberty to prosecute those Measures your Wisdom and
Goodness has converted for the

People, he hope you will receive the pist when of
duty & affection from them, At Least we May presume
Even your Enemies wil be convinced that the Beginning
of your Reign was the only Season wherein they could
Flatter themselves with Success in attempting to reduce
any Number of your Subjects
