The Humble Petition & Appeale
of Francis Ives< no role > in the Parish
of St: Giles without Cripplegate

Sheweth


That Yor: Petitioner is a poore man and Lives in
apart of the Appart: of Mr: John Rose< no role > That
the said John Rose< no role > hath always paid all parochal
Tax's for the said Appartment it being at all Times
Esteemd as part of his Premrs:That the Said
John Rose< no role > is at this Time Assest atthis Timefor
the whole rent at a pound rate to the Poores rate
wherein Yor: Petitioners Appartment Is Included

But Yor: Petr: never the less is assest to the said
rate for four pounds Pr: ann: which at Three [..] shillings [..]
Pound is Twelve Shillings Pr: ann: and Yor: Petr:
being unable to pay the Same

Yor: Peter: therefore Humbley prays that
he may be relieved as Yor: Worships in
Yor: great Wisdom Shall see meet

And Yor: Petr: shall ever pray
