sent to Trinity
parrish for a Maintenance (put the Warrt whereupon
Trinity
parrish Conceiveing themselves Agreived did Appeale which
sd Appeale was heard the said 14th of July 1715
And Upon hearing of
Councill on both Sides the Court did find it specially (vizt) The Court
did find that the said Edward Fenner< no role >
was by Indres of Apprentices shipp
bearing date the 12: day of November 1706
bound Apprentice
to
Richard Trubey< no role >
Cittizen & vintner
of London
him to Serve for the
Space of Seven Years from the date of the said Indentures which
said Trubey lives in the parrish ofBut the said
Edward Fenner< no role >
never did Serve or live with the said Trubey but
went to & livd with one Richard Green< no role >
a Barber
who at that
time inhabited in Trinity
Parrish aforesd & Continued with him for
the Space of Three Years or thereabouts.
The Court doth also find that the sd Edward Fenner< no role >
never was
turned Over by Trubey to Green according to the Custome of the
Citty of London before the Chamberlaine
The court doth also find that the said Green was a Freeman
of the Citty of London
as well as Trubey.
And doth also find that the said Fenner Seldome lay in the said
Greens house dureing the time the said Fenner Served him the
said Greene.
