The Humble Peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St Botolph without Aldersgate
London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrt. under the hands & Seals of the
Worshipll: Samuel Benson < no role > & Nathaniel Manlove< no role > Esqrs
two of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for the sd County of
Middlx (Quoum unus) bearing date the 25th day of Novemr.
last past their was removed from the parish of St Leonard Shoreditch into the sd Parish one Frances
Hooke
< no role > Spinster who is now Chargeable to the sd Parish of
St Botolph wth.out Aldersgate None your Peticoners find them-
-selves agreved by the Order of the sd two Justices and humbly
appeal against the same and pray a Day to be heard this
present Quarter Sessions & that all Persons concerned may
attend your Worshipps to hear & abide the Judgment &
Determination of this Court touching the sd Appeal.
