The humble Peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Margaret Westminister
in the sd County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass warrt. under the hands
and Seals of John Fuller< no role > and Abraham Ward< no role > Esquires
Justices of the Peace of and for the said County of Middx
bearing Date the Sixteenth Day of October last
Mary Haydon< no role > Agan Infant of the Age of three Years
or thereabouts was removd from and out of the Parish
of St. Giles's without Cripplegate in the County aforesaid
to the sd. Parish of St. Margaret Westminister as the
place of her Lawfull Settlement

That Yor Petrs. thinking themselves Agreived
by the Judgment of the said Two Justices humbly
Appeal to yor. Worps. against the Same.

Therefore humbly pray yor Worps. would
be pleased to Order that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St. Giles Cripplegate in this County may
Attend this Court Some Day the Quarter Sessions
to hear and abide the Judgement and final
Determinacon of this Court touching this
Appeal.
