Palsie is incapable of following his employmt. & by the Creditt of Some
Friends hath raised money whereby to keep an Alehouse but
being rated to ye. poor 2s:& 6d P Moneth is really unable
to pay it

And therefore Humbly Prayes yor Worships will be pleased to
order A Mittigation of the Sd rate or otherwise order for
reliefe of Yor Petr. in yr. Premises as to yor Worspr. Shall
