the said county widow .

Sheweth

That your Peticoner is rated one shilling P month
towards the releife of the poor of the said parish
for this present year.

That your Peticoner hath susteyned divers losses
in the way of trade Soe that she is not able to pay
the said rate.

your Worspp to be pleased to mittigate
the said rate as unto your Worspp shall
seem meet.
