for the County of Midds .

The humble Peticon of Jane West< no role > of the
parish of St. James Clerkenwell in
the said county widow .


That your Peticoner is rated one shilling P month
towards the releife of the poor of the said parish
for this present year.

That your Peticoner hath susteyned divers losses
in the way of trade Soe that she is not able to pay
the said rate.

Your Peticoner therefore humbly Prays
your Worspp to be pleased to mittigate
the said rate as unto your Worspp shall
seem meet.

And yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
