The humble petition of Thomas Parker< no role >
of the Parish of St. Sepulchres in the
said County

Sheweth

That your Petitioner hath lived four and Thirty Yeares in the said
parish and never Received any Relief therefours

That your Petitr. is aged Sixty Two yeares and hath a Wife aged.
Sixty four yeares to mainteyne which he is not able to doe being
past his Labour and very poor And for as much as the Churchwdns
of the said parish refusing to allow your petitr. a peation without
an order from this Court

Your Petitr therefore humbly prays Your
Worspps will be pleased to order that he
may be allowed such a pencon from the
said Parish As unto your Worspps Shall
Seeme Meete

And Yor Petitr. shall ever pray Etc
