Phillip Strothers< no role > who was bound to appear this present Sessions to answer
for assaulting & wounding one William Jefferys< no role > was Surrendred
into Court in discharge of his bail, and is ordered to find Sufficient
Sureties for his appearance att the next genall Sessions of the peace
to be held for this County to answer the said matter & is comitted to
Newprison for want thereof & ordered to remains till he find such
Sureties then to be delivered paying his Fees mys: vyds.

comitted to Newprison aforesaid for want of Sufficient Sureties for
his appearance att the next genall Sessions of the peace to be held for
the City of London to answer the said Indictment to remaine till he
