upon reading the humble peticon & appeale of the Churchwardns.
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of Chippin Barnett in the
County of Hertford oxhibited unto this Court setting forth that
by vertue of a warrant under the hands & Seales of Hugh Smithson< no role >
& David HechStetter< no role > Esqr . two of hor Maties. Justices of the peace for
the County of Middx (Quor Inns) beareing date the tenth
day of January instant a male Infant about six months
old was removed [..] from the parish of south
mins in the Sd. County of Middx to the Sd parish of
Chippin Barnett as the plate of its last legall settlemt; And
that the petrs. think themselves aggreived by the Sd Warrant
of remove all & appeale against the same to this Court and pray that this Court would appoint a day
for the heareing & determining of their Sd. appeale, Now
upon mocon of Mr. Malet of Councell for the Church wardens
& Overseers of the poor of the Sd. parish of Southmins for that
it appeareth to this Court that they cannot be prepared to
maintaine & make good the Sd warrant of remove all
at this present Generall Quarter sessions It is Ordered by
this Court that the heareing & determining of the said
appeale be adjorned untill the next Generall Sessions of the
peace to be held for the said County of Middx, And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Sd. parish of
Southmims & all other persons concerned doe attend her
Maties. Justices of the peace at the next Generall sessions of the
peace to be held for the County of Middx by adjornmt. on
Tuesday the twenty fourth day of February next at ten of the clock
in the Forenoon to heare & abide their Judgmt. determinacon
touching the said appeale.
