To the Right Worpll her Maties. Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex assembled at their Genall Quarter Sessions of the peace

Whereas the Inhabitants of the parish of Islleworth in the County of
Middlesex were Indicted at the Genall Quarter Session of the peace held be
adjournment at Hicks Hall in St John Street in & for the Said County on
Tuesday the tenth day of April last past, for not repairing a Certain
of the Highway leading from the Town of Islleworth to the Town of Twick [..]
laying between a certain place called Norton Lane end and a Little Broad
Water place called Mother Tveys containing in Length three Furlongs and
Bredth fifteen foot scituate lying and being in the Said parish of peace
Islleworth which Said Highway we whose names are hereunto Subs [..]
being two of her Maties: Justices of the peace of the Said County have
Sixth Day ofSeptemberOctobr viewed. And find the Said Highway to
now in good repair. In Witness thereof we have hereunto Set our Hands [..]
