Whereas Complt hath been made unto us whose hands & Seals
are hereunto sett two of her Maties Justices of the peace for
the said County Inhiteing & resideing next to the said Pish of
Fulham by Reginald Marriot< no role > & Lemyny Robert< no role > Esqr Surveyor
of the Highways of the Pish aforesd for they year 1711 that
the several persons hereunder named haveaforesdneglected & refused
toMalesend their respective house Carts & Carriages according as
Law they are respectively required and for such a Romper of days us is hereunder one hearing and added to be Whereof of they said [..] Clater had due [..]
& legall notice & warning for that purpose All which appeareth
unto us the Said Justices upon Oath of a Credible Witness
These are therefore (in her Maties name) to will & [..] you & every of you
to Leoq by distress & Sale [..] goods of the Several Pson
hereunder named the respective Sumes of money hereunder
Added to their Several Names (being moneys by ye
respectively forfeited for such their Neglect prsuant to the

the Overplus if [..] [..] & and hereof Etc

Failed & neglected to in the their respective day Labs for
& towds the repeing of the Highways Etc
