To all Constables Headboroughs, and others Her Majesty's
Officers and Ministers within the County of Middlesex ,
and to every of them whom it may Concern.

Those are to will & Require, and in Her Majesty's Name to
Charge & Command you upon Sight hereof, to bring before
us & others Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace, of the County
aforesaid, at the Sessions of Peace now hold on at Hicks's Hall
in St John's Street , in & for the Said County, the Body of
Thomas Porter< no role > standing Indicted for a
trespass & Misdemeanor

(if the Court be then & there Sitting) or if not, before us or Some
others of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the Same County to
find Sufficent Sureties for his - personal Appearance at this presnt
Sessions to answer the Same, & all Such other Matters as on Her Ma-
-jesty's behalf Shall be objected against him And if he cannot
be taken during this present Sessions That then So Soonafter as he
Shall be taken you bring or cause him - to be brought before us
or Some others of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the Said
County, to find Sufficient Sureties for his - personal Appearance at
the next Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the County to answar
as aforesaid, & farther to be dealt withal attending to Justice.
Hereof you are not to fail at your Perils Dated in open Sessions at
Hicks's Hall aforesaid this 6thDay of April
in the Pear of our Lord 1706
