not able to pay four shillings P quater. towards the releift
of the Poor of the said Hamlett And Yor. Worspps in Consideracon
of the said Peticon ordered the said Peticon to be referred

having a wife and one Child That yor. Worspps
would be pleased to Mitigate the said rate as
