To the Right Worsppl her Maties. Justices
of the Peace now sitting at Hickshall for
the County of Middx

The humble Peticon of Daniell Dyer< no role > of the Hamlett
of Wappin Stepney in the said County Victualer .

That yor. Petr. on the sixth day of June 1702 Peticoned yor. Worspps
Seting forth that he being Reduced to a mean Condicon and
not able to pay four shillings P quater. towards the releift
of the Poor of the said Hamlett And Yor. Worspps in Consideracon
of the said Peticon ordered the said Peticon to be referred
to John Webber< no role > Esqr . then one of her Maties Justices of the
Peace And to Robt. Constable< no role > and Roger Smith< no role > Esqrs . two
of her Maties Justices of the Peace for this County And
Whereas the said John Webber< no role > and Robert Constable< no role >
[..] Examine the said Peticon and it appeared to

< no role > Marriner Whoes wife hath two roomes in yor.
Petr. house is rated 3s P quarter.

Yor. Petr. therefore humbly prays yor. Worspps he
being reduced to a mean Condicon as aforesaid
and very weake and not able to put on his own
Cloaths but what he hath one to help him And
having a wife and one Child That yor. Worspps
would be pleased to Mitigate the said rate as
unto yor. Worspps Shall see in meet

And Yor. Petr. Shall ever Pray Etc.
