Sheweth


The humble peticon of Thomas Young< no role > of the pish
of St. Martins in the Feilds in the sd. County.

That yor. Petr. hath Served as Cooke of her Matys Yatcht the Fubbs for the peace of
14 Years under the Comand of Capt Richard Biron< no role > and in other [..] Shipps of warr and behaved
himselfe very Soberly and Obedient to Comand But on the 19th. June [..] last
being Deprived of the use of his Right Hand was for that reason Discharged
from his sd Imploymt. As by a Certificate under the Hand of the sd. Capt Biron
hereunto annexed appear and forasmuch as your Petr. being now Rendred
wholly uncapeable of any Imploymt. and being noe Penconer of the Chest at
Chatham n haveing a Family to mainteyne.

Wee whose names are Subscribed doe
beleive the contents of this peticon to be
true & doe recomend the peticonr of
a fitt object of yor. Worpps charity:
