The Commrs: are concern'd at the businesse concerning
Lindsey that he can not be mett with, and the Sessions
drawing on, they desire you to take care yt. he be not
discharged privately, and that you will give ye new wary
direcons for the present takeing up of his Baile upon
their Recognizance,and yt you will do what else you
find necessary in order to the haveing an example made
of some of them, and the Com: would if you think
it proper complain against ye Justice for admitting
Lindsey to baile before he gave notice to ye Justice ye
Committed him.
