That the Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of [..]
belonging late to Well Close in the parrish of St John Wap [..] g
Did putt and Henry Smith< no role > a poor child to yor peticoner [..]
nursed, Butt since the 16th day of June 1696 (Some
diffrence happening Beweene the Sd Churchwarden &
Overseers of Well Close And the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of St John Wapping ) your Peticoner h [..]
not beene paid for nursing the Sd child, neither can
prvaile with either or any of them to pay for the same

Wherefore your Peticoner most humbly
prayes That you will be pleased to Sumon
the Sd late Churchwarden & Overseers of the po [..]
of Well Close, And the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of St John Wapping T [..]
appeare before this Honnoble bench To Showe
cause why they will not pay your Peticoner
for nursing the sd Child.
