b: How farr belongs to one Pish & how farr belongs to
the other or which side of the way lye in each Pish

I Present upon my own view the inhabitants of
old Brentford in the parish of Ealing als Zealing & the
inhabitants of new Brentford in the Parish of Hanwell
within this County for not repairing as they ought, the midle of a
lane Called Boston lane being a comon highway
leading from both the said townes to towards little Ealing
Contayning in length about Seventy Six Statute pole &
in breadth, ten foot or thereabouts And doe Propose [..]
this Court would please to set fines upon each of the
said inhabitants wth this condicon annexd that if
the midle of the said lane be sufficiently repaird
[..] before the next Generall Quarter sessions of
the Peace to be holden for this County then to be void
Else to be estreated & laid out upon the repair
of the said lane as the Law directs: And I doe
likewise present Thom Wilkinson< no role > Gardiner for not
Scowring this ditch to his ground on the West side of the said
lane cont in length about 20 Statute pole & desire he may have a like condiconall
Fine set upon him: Witnesse my hand this 28th
day of May in the third year of theyr mates reign
