To the Right Worps the Justices of the Peace for
the County of Midds.

Sheweth


The humble Peticon of James Feild< no role > of the
parish of Finchley in the Said County.

That your Peticoner hath lived in the Said parish and County the sd
Fourscoore yeares and upwards and the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poore there refuseth to allow your Peticoner any thing towards
his releife and mainley name And he being very poore and aged Fourscoore
yeares & upwards and altogether past his labour is libly to perish unless
comisserated and releived by your Worpps Charity.

Your Peticoner therefore most humbly prays
your Worpps to be pleased to Order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of the
Said parish may allow your Peticoner such
pencon towards his releife and mainley name as
unto your Worpps shall Seem meet

And your Peticoner Shall ever Pray Etc.
