Complaint being made unto us two of their Maties: Justices of the peace
(and Quorn) for the said County That John Flye< no role >
(lately deced came to
setle in yor. said Towne in adenemt. and or the yearely value of
Tenn pounds suice the Continuance of the Act of Parliamt. for the
better reliefe of the poore made in the xijth & xiijth years of the late
King Charles the Second Etc And did not give notice in conteing of
the house of his abade & the number of his family to any of the
Churchwardens or Overseers of the poore of the said Towne as by
Law is in that Case directed these are therefore in their Maties
Names to require ye to remove & Comedy Frances Flye< no role >
his late
wife & her two Children to the Parish of Putney
in the County
of Surrey
where as wee are informed upon oath her Said husband
was last legally setle to And them the said Frances Flye and
her two Children to deliver to the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poore of the said parish of Putney
or to one of them who
are hereby required them to receive And to provide for her
the said Frances & her Children accordingly to Law hereof
faile not att yor. perills; Given under our hands & Seales
att our monethly meeting in New Brentford
