October 1792

And such other of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County
as may think proper to attend or any three or more of them be such
Committee, and that the said Committee do meet for the first time at
the Public Office in Great Marlborough Street Saint James's on Thursday
the Eighth day of November Instant at Twelve o Clock at noon precisely
and afterwards meet and adjourn at pleasure.

Ordered that notice of Times and Places of Meeting
of the said Committee be sent to the several Public Officers in this County.

By Adjournment same day

The Haymarket Committee having stated to the Court that
they should be in want of £212..1..11 to pay the Contractor for Paving
the Saint James's Haymarket the Balance due to him under his
Contract It is Ordered that Mr Joseph Burchell< no role > the County Treasurer
do advance the Sum of £212..1..11 to Mr Daniel Hinley< no role > Treasurer of the
Haymarket Tolls to be repaid out of the first Money that shall be
received by him as such Treasurer.

Resolved that the Toll Book for the Haymarket be
kept there open for the Publick inspection at convenient hours every day.

By Adjournment same day.

Mr. Gubbins having laid before the Courts his Bill for
Masons Work at Chertsey Bridge which had not been paid as he
alledged at the time when the Work was done Resolved that Mr.
Hinley do examine the Proceedings of the Chertsey Bridge Committee
respecting such Bill and state his opinion to the Court on the next
County day.

The Following Representation from the Commissioners of
the Stamp Office being laid before the Court Vizt.

Gentlemen

I am directed by the Commissioners of this Office to
earnestly request the assistance and cooperation of Your Court in
sustaining the several measures that are adopted by this Board, on
the approaching Drawing of the State Lotteries in order to effectually resist
