At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at
the Session House for the said County (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Thirteenth day of September in the
Thirty second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord

His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County in
this present Session of the Peace assembled Do Unanimously Reelect
William Mainwaring< no role > Esquire Chairman of the General and General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace and Sessions of Oyer and Terminer for
this County for and during the half year now next ensuring.

By Adjournment same day

Mr. Richard Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. the Keeper of his Majestys Gaol of
Newgate having laid before the Court an Account of Fees due to him for 190
Convicts sentenced to be Transported and delivered by him on board different
Vessels at Deptford , Portsmouth, Gravesend and Woolwich from the 31st. day of
January last to the 28th. day of July last amounting to £140..18..4 And
also an Account of the said Richard Akerman< no role > for Expences incurred by
him in removing the said Convicts amounting to £64..8..4½ having been
laid before this Court Resolved that the same be referred to the Committee
appointed to examine and audit from time to time the Account or Accounts
of the Treasurer of this County as well with respect to his Receipts as his
Expenditures and also to examine and audit all Demands of what nature or
kind soever made on this County previous to the payment thereof.
