Which being Read and the several Parties attending the Court and it
being admitted that the said William Weaver< no role >
does not reside within the
Parish of Saint John Clerkenwell
for which District he was appointed to
serve the Office of Headborough.
Resolved that it is the Opinion of this Court without
entering into any part of the said Charge save that which respects
his residence, That He the said William Weaver< no role >
not residing within
the said District to Saint John for which he was so appointed Headborough
is ineligible to that Office and is hereby discharged therefrom.
