And the said Proposals having been approved and recommended to this Court by
the Committee for conducting the said Building.

Resolved that this Court upon the Recommendation of the said Committee
do agree with the said Robert McIntosh for performing the Slaters Work, with the said
John Thorpe< no role > for performing the Painters Work and with the said John Williams< no role > for
performing the Glaziers Work, upon the Terms and at the Prizes contained in their
Proposals above stated, who being called in and Agreeing thereto.

Resolved that proper Contracts be prepared for that purpose and be
entered into with them accordingly.

By Adjournment same day.

Resolved that Thomas Aris< no role > be permitted to serve the Prisoners in
the New Prison and House of Correction at Clerknwell with Bread until the County
day of the next Session.
