Resolved that the said Report the Received and Confirmed and that
the Clerk of the Peace do issue the usual Orders the Treasurer of this County
for Payment of the several Sum therein mentioned amounting together to the
Sum of £362..6..9¼.

By Adjournment same day.

Mr Richard Akerman< no role > the Keeper of His Majestys Gool of
Newgate having laid before the Court An Account of Fees due to him for 362
Convicts sentenced to be Transported and delivered by him on Board different
Vessels in the River Thames , at Gravesend , and at Cowes from the 14th. day of
February last to the 24th. day of June last amounting to £268..9..8 and also
An Account of the said Richard Akerman< no role > for Expences incurred by him in
removing the said Convicts amounting to £72..11..8 having been laid before the
CourtResolved that the said Accounts of the said Richard Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. be
referred to the Committee appointed to examine and audit from time to time the
Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this County as well with respect to his
Receipts as his Expenditures and also to examine and audit all Demands of
what nature or kind soever made on this County previous to the Payment thereof."
to Examine and Audit the same.

Resolved that Thomas Aris< no role > be permitted to serve the Prisoners in
the New Prison and House of Correction at Clerkenwell with Bread until the
County day of the next Session.

Jobbing Smith< no role > for this County being laid before the Court and Read Vizt.
