William Blackborow< no role > and Charles Friquet< no role > Esquires being present were
severally asked if they had any thing to say in Answer thereto

Mr Friquet alledged that the Witnesses against him were Men of
known bad Character.

Mr Blackborow said he never had Charge of the Goods mentioned
by Mr King. That Redgrave and Dinmore took the Goods and are both
dead, That as to the Guinea for the Licence it was for the Clerks.

Whereupon it was Moved, That the said Report be Received
which being Seconded was carried Unanimously in the Affirmative

Resolved that the Thanks of the Court be given to the said
Committee for their Care in preparing the same.

Upon which It was Moved by The Reverend Dr. Glasse
that the Court should come to the following Resolutions Vizt.

1stThat it appears to this Court that William Blackborow< no role > Esqr . has
greatly misconducted himself in the Execution of his Office of a Justice of the
Peace and that several of the Charges laid before the Committee respecting the
said William Blackborow< no role > Esqr . contain matters highly disgraceful to the
Commission.

2dThat several of the Facts stand to have been proved before the
Committee are of such a nature us to call upon the Session to lay them before
the Great Seal, and that it be referred to the said Committee to extract the
material Charges of Criminality alledged against the said Mr Blackborow
and to form them into a Representation to the Lord Chancellor and that
such Representation be laid before the Court on the County day of the next
Session.

3dThat it appears to this Court that Charles Friquet< no role > Esquire has in
several Particulars misconducted himself himself in the Execution of his Office of a
Justice of the Peace , and that the Conduct of the said Mr Friquet tho< no role > ' not
equally reprehensible with that of the other Magistrate is deserving the
censure of this Court, Which Motion being seconded and the said
Resolutions being severally put were carried Unanimoulsy in the Affirmative
