The following Report from the Committee appointed to Consider the
allegations contained in a Petition delivered by Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591.
Contractor for conveying Vagrants in through and out of this County
and all other Circumstances relative to the passing of Vagrants as they
might think proper being laid before this Court and Read as follow
Vizt.

"To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the peace held for the said
County at the Sessions House on Clerkenwell Green (by adjournment ) on
Thursday the 27th. day of April 1786 assembled.

The Further Report of the Committee appointed

Your Committee Report That having taken into Consideration
the Order of reference to them made relative to the passing of Vagrants
they have called before them Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. the Contractor for conveying
Vagrants in through and out of this County, and upon the fullest and
Strictest investigation which they have been able to make into this
Subject they find that the following is a true Statement or Account
of the Number of Vagrants passed in through and out of this County
from April Session One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy five
to April Session One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty five Vizt.
