to find [..] situation to erect a House of Correction on in the
vicinity of the Sessions house but have have not been able to find out a
proper peace except part of the Suite of the present Bridewell
with the Garden thereto belonging. The Garden behind the New
prison and another price of Ground and sundry Buildings
erected on part thereof at presenton Lease to the People called
Quakers from the County of Middlesex of which 35 Years remain
unexpired.

And the said Committee further Report
That from the opinion of sundry respectable Individuals among
the Quakers they have great reason to belive there will not be
any objection to the immediately possession being given of that part
of the said Leasehold Estate which is now occupied as Garden Ground

And the said Committee further Report
that such situation will be convenient for the purpose and
sufficiently large to produce every Effect required and in Order
more fully to elucidate this Report they have thought proper to
annex a Sketch or Plan of the Grounds Etc to which it refers

It is Ordered that the said Report be taken into
consideration on the County day of the next Session and that an
Advertisement be forthwith inserted in the publick News paper
giving notice thereof.
