The Report of the proceed of Tower Division continued.

"Richard Hare< no role >
"John Smart< no role >
"Lister Selman< no role >
"Robert Pell< no role >

"It was unanimously resolved upon and agreed to by all the Justices present
"and since by Mr. Mainwaring and Mr. Musswell< no role > being twelve of the
"thirteen Justices residing in and acting for the said Division to hold a
"Petty Session by Rotation at this Place every Day in the Week (Sunday
"excepted) from the Hour of Eleven to the Hour of two every Day for
"the regular Transaction and Dispatch of the said Publick Business in
"and for the said Division to begin the same onthe
day of May instant And to meet and hold the said Petty
"Session by Rotation in manner following that is to say
"Monday - Mr. Selman & Mr. Scott
"Tuesday - Mr. Smart & Mr. Shakespear
"Wesdnesday - Mr. Hare & Mr. Pell
"Thurday - Mr. Caslon & Mr. Mussell
"Friday - Mr. Garrett & Mr. Smith
"Saturday - Mr. Mainwaring & Mr. Darling
"who severally engaged to attend on the days against their Names respectively
"set and on any other day when they conveniently can
"And also not to transact any of the Business relating to the Office of a
"Justice of the Peace in or for the above Division at any of their Houses
"or any Office of a Justice of Peace or other Place than the place now
"agreed upon except Parochial Business and on emergent Occasions

"And that a proper Person be now appointed to attend the aforesaid
"Petty Sessions as Clerk to the Justices to receive the legal and due Fees

"And Mr. John Billington< no role > of Great Alie Street offering his Service on
"those terms was unanimously accepted as the Clerk of the Petty Session

"And Mr. Scott & Mr. Pell are desired to report the above Proceedings
"on the County day of the next Session All Which is submitted to the Consi-
"deration and Judgment of the same Court.

Report Confirmed

And the same Report being read from the Chair This Court
after due Consideration had of the matters therein Reported and
the resolution of the said Justices Doth approve of the said
Report and doth order, that the Approbation of the said Report
and proceeding be entred among the Public Orders of this
Session. And the Thanks of this Court are given to the Justices
above named for their ready Concurrence in so early forming their Rotation
and for the Trouble they had taken is So well Settling it.
