Order for Officers
delivering in List
of Fees}

It is Ordered that the several Officers of this Court do Deliver in a List on Monday
Morning in the next Sessions of all the Fees they Claim as belonging to them which
they Alledge they have a Right to take and receive as belonging to their respective
Offices and that a Committee be appointed to meet on Tuesday Morning next Session in
Order to look over and Consider the same and report their Opinion the next County day

Order for hanging
up Lists of Fees in
Prisons and Clerks
of Indictments Offices}

It is Ordered That the Antient Fees belonging to and of Right to be taken by the
Keeper of the New Prison and of Clerkenwell Bridewell be Incerted in the Book of Orders
and be hung up in each Prison for the View of all the Prisoners that the Prisoners may
know what Fees are by them to be paid And that the Old and Antient Fees of right to
be taken by the Clerk of the Peace or Clerks of Indictments for drawing and Filing
Indictments be laid before this Court and Settled and when Settled and Approved of
that they be hung up in each Office belonging to the Clerks of Indictments in the
View and for the Inspection of those who apply to the said Clerks to prepare and
Draw their Indictments

Order on Elmores
Account of Fees}

At this Court James Ellmore who was Appointed to take care of the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell on the Suspension of John Turner< no role > the Governor or Keeper
thereof Delivered in an Account pursuant to an Order of the last Session of the Peace of
of the Fees profitts and Perquisites by him taken and received as belonging to the
Office place or Employment of Governor or Keeper between the Twenty fourth day of
February last (on which day the said Order was made) and this present Thursday and
of the Outgoings and Disbursements By which Account it appears that he hath
Received the Sum of Twenty nine pounds Three Shillings and hath paid the Sum of
Seventeen pounds seven Shillings and Four pence so that the ballance remaining in his hands is
Eleven pounds Fifteen shillings and Eight pence to be Applied as this Court shall
think fit It also appears that One Annet a Prisoner in the said House of Correction
hath lately disbursed the Sum of One pound One shilling for Sundry Provisions in
and for the use of the said House of Correction which he now prays to be allowed him.
