County of Middx residing in or near the hundred of Isleworth
in the said
County that

late high Constable
of the said hundred is
lately dead and that it is necessary that another Person should be
appointed high Constable in his stead This Court being satistyed of the
truth of the Premisses Doth upon the recommendation of the said two
Justices appoint

of the Parish of Isleworth
within the said
Hundred in the County aforesaid Gent to be high Constable
of the same
Hundred in the Place
and stead of the said
Robert Walcot< no role >
, and doth order
that the said
Josiah Room< no role >
do forthwith after Notice given to him of this order
attend and take his Oath before the said Justices or one of them for his due
execution of the Office of High Constable
of the said Hundred.

This Court being informed that several Sums of money are due to severall
workmen for Carpenters work Bricklayers work and other work by them
done for this County in and about the building the Womens Ward at New
Prison at Clerkenwell
in the said County and doing some Repairs at the said
Prison, and that the said workmen are in want of the Moneys due to them
It is ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recommended and
referred unto

Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County to inspect and persuse
the respective Bills of the said workmen and to ascertain and settle what
Sum of money they think proper and reasonable to be allowed to each
workmen upon his
saidBill for his said work And it is further ordered
that what Sum of money they shall by writing under their hands certyfye
to be due or proper to be allowed to the said workmen respectively or any of
them upon their said respective Bills be paid unto them by Mr.

reciepts together with such Certificates and this order shall be sufficient
