Treasurer be allowed the Charge of printing such Advertisement

Order appointing
John Nicoll< no role > Gent .
High Constable within
the Hundred of Gore in
the place & Stead of
John Cogbill< no role > Gent .}

Whereas John Cogbill< no role > of Hendon in this County Gent was in
February Sessions last appointed High Constable within the Hundred
of Gore in the said County in the place and stead of Mr Thomas Kimbell< no role >
but hath not yet taken his Oath of Office And it appearing to this Court
that the said John Cogbill< no role > is not a proper Person to execute the Office
of High Constable within the said Hundred This Courth doth thereupon
appoint John Nicoll< no role > of Burton Hole in the Parish of Hendon and
County of Middx within the said Hundred of Gore in this County
Gent to be High Constable within the same Hundred in the place
and Stead of the said John Cogbill< no role > and doth Order that the said
John Nicoll< no role > do forthwith (after Notice given to him of this Order)
attend and take his Oath before One of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of
the Peace of the said County residing in or near the said Hundred
of Gore for his due Execution of the Office of High Constable within
the Same Hundred and from & after the Time of his having taken
such Oath the said John Cogbill< no role > is to stand absolutely discharged
from his said Office of High Constable
