At Westminster on Thursday ye. 19th. day of October
1752

Resolution concerning
Licensing of houses or
places for dancing
Musick or other
publick entertainment
on the County day of
October Session 1752.}

Resolved that his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
will on the County day of this present General Quarter Session of the Peace
for the said County (to wit) Thursday the twenty sixth Day of October instant
take into Consideration the Affair concerning the granting such Licences
as they in their discretion shall think proper to Persons keeping any house
Room Garden or other Place for publick Dancing Musick or other publick
entertainment of the like kind in the County of Middx And that no other
publick Busyness be transacted or done in Court on the same day, except
the granting or refuseing such Licenses.

By adjornment on Thursday the 26th. day of October 1752 .

Order for electing a
Chairman of the Court .}

Resolved that on the County Day of the next General Session of
the Peace for this County this Court will proceed to the Choice of a
Chairman of the General Quarter and General Session of the Peace
for the Said County.

By adjornment on Thursday the 26th. day of October, 1752.

Order for printing the
Standing regulating
Orders of Sessions.}

It is Ordered by this Court that the Standing regulating Orders of the General
Quarter & General Sessions of the Peace for the County of Middx (of which a Collection
hath been already made for this Purpose) be printed in Octavo Books or Volumes
to the Number of five hundred for the Use & accomodation of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace of the Said County And that the Said Books or Volumes be left
at the Office of the Clerk of the Peace to be transmitted to the Justices of the
Peace of the Said County, And that Mr. Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
lay before this Court an Account of the Expence of printing & binding or
Stitching up the Same to the intent that Order may be given for defraying
the Charge thereof

for the Liberty of Westmr.}

An Account or List of Inquisitions being produced before this Court
by Robert Jackson< no role > Coroner for the City and Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middx therein mentioning the same to be taken on a
view of dead Bodys in the said Liberty of Westminster by the said
Coroner since the twenty fourth day of June 1752 and chargeable on
the said County pursuant to an Act of Parliament made in the
twenty fifth Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord King George
the Second Intitled an Act for giveing a proper reward to Coroners
for the due execution of their Offices and for a moving of Coroners upon
a lawfull Conviction for certain Misdeameanors, which account
begins on the twenty second day of July 1752 and ends on the twenty
fifth day of October in the same Year therein mentioning the said
