Office of High Constable within the Said Hundred, This Court doth
thereupon appoint Thomas Davis< no role > of Hadley within the Said
Hundred of Edmonton in this County Gent . to be High Constable
within the Same Hundred in the place and Stead of the Said
James Yalden< no role > , And doth Order that the Said Thomas Davis< no role > do
forthwith (after Notice given to him of this Order) attend and take
his Oath before one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace of the Said
County residing in or near the Said Hundred of Edmonton for his due
Execution of the Office of High Constable within the Same Hundred
And from and after the time of his having taken Such Oath the
Said James Yalden< no role > is to Stand absolutely discharged from his Said
Office of High Constable.

By adjornment on Thursday the 14th. Day of May, 1752 .

Order for making a
Collection of the Standing
regulating Orders of
Sessions.}

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And it is hereby
referred unto Mr. John Higgs< no role > to make a Collection of the Standing
regulating Orders made at the General Quarter and General Sessions
of the Peace holden for the County of Middx, to the intent that the
Same may be printed for the Use of the Justices of the Peace of
the Said County, And that the Charge of Making [..] Collection
and printed be defrayed in Such manner as the Justices of the Peace
of the Said County assembled in Sessions Shall in Such behalf
order and direct.
