due to the said James Wildon< no role > upon his said Bill the Sum of Nineteen Pounds
Fourteen Shillings and Four Pence And he Praying that this Court will pleas
to order that the same may be paid into him It is thereupon ordered by
this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trearer of this County do pay unto the said Jas.
Wilder the said Sum of Nineteen Pounds Fourteen shillings and Four Pence
remaining due to him upon his said Bill and in full of his said Demand whose
Reciept together with this Order shall be as sufficient discharge to the
said Trearer for such payment.

By adjournmt. on Thursday the 20th. Day of February, 1752.

fireing for Justices meeting
about the distempered
Cattle.}

Application being made unto this Court by Mr. Thomas Northcote< no role >
Housekeeper of Hickshall pray in that he may be paid the Sum of two
Pounds and fourteen Shillings for one Years Allowance by Order of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for Fireing provided by him in the
Great Room at Hickshall at the Several Meetings of the Justices
for the distempered Cattle from March 2d. 1750 inclusive to February
the 15th. 1752 twenty Seven Several Meetings at two Shillings P
time, It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay the Said Sum of two Pounds and fourteen Shillings
to the Said Thomas Northcote< no role > in full of his Said Demand, whose
Receipt together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to
the Said Treasurer for Such payment.

February 1752

A Report being made into this Court, Ore Tenns,
by several of his Majestys Justices of the Peace being
a Quorum of the Committee of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace of this County in this Behalf appointed that
they have inspected the Bill of Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Attorney at Law for Business by him done and
Transacted in Relation to a Representation of
several of his Majestys Justices of the Peace of the
said County to the Right Honourable the Lord high
Chancellour of against Sir Samuel Gower< no role > Knt.
