Ordered by this Court that the Said two Sums amounting together to
the Sum of thirteen Pounds four Shillings and three Pence be paid
by Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County unto the Said Richard
Partington infull of his Said Demand, whose Receipt together with
this Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer
for Such payment.

Upon Report made unto this Court by Samuel Tatem< no role > John Lawton< no role >
Walter Berry< no role > and Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqrs . Being a Quorum
of the Committee of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace of this County in
this behalf appointed by an Order of Sessions of the fifteenth day of
October last, That they have perused and inspected a Bill of Mr.
John Applebee< no role > Printer , And that it appeared to the Said Committee
that there is due to him For printing Orders of Sessions for
Suppressing Fairs, and printing Certificates about the Cattle the Sum
of Seven Pounds one Shilling and Six Pence, which the Said Committee
are of Opinion ought to be paid to him, It is thereupon Ordered
by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay
upto the Said John Applebee< no role > the Said Sum of Seven Pounds one
Shilling and Six pence reported by the Said Committee to be due to
him as aforesaid, whose Receipt together with this Order Shall
be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.
