appearing to this Court by the Certificate of Thomas Lane< no role > and
Philip Dyot< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the Said County that the Said three Sums are reasonable and
according to Agreement, and that the Same are due to them,
It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of the Said County do pay unto the Said Joseph Walker< no role > , Edward
Tomkins and
< no role > Thomas Lane< no role > respectively the Said respective Sums
of forty Six Pounds and fifteen Shillings charged to be due to them
respectively as is above Specifyed, whose Receipts together with
this Order Shall be Sufficient Discharges to the Said Treasurer
for Such respective payments, And it is further Ordered that
the Said Treasurer do pay the Sum of three Pounds and fifteen
Shillings into Mr. John Applebee< no role > Printer for printing two
Reams of Certificates on account of Hides, and half a Ream of
Certificates on Account of Beasts, And that his Receipt Shall
be a Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.
