Order for rejecting any
future application of Mr.
Chas: Marquand Carpr.
concerning Moneys by him
pretended to be remaining
due to him from the County
of Middx the Court
being Satisfied that he
is fully paid.}
Application being now made by Mr. Charles Marquand
Carpenter
unto this Court for payment of a Sum of Money
by him pretended to be remaining due to him from this
County for Workalledged to have been by him
done in and about the building of the Middx part of
Chertsea Bridge
, for which Money the Said Charles
Marquand formerly applyed to his Majestys Justices
of the Peace of this County assembled in Sessions, who
rejected his Said Demand, being fully Satisfyed that
he was paid all the Moneys due to him for his Work done
And Materials found in and about the building the Middx
part of the aforesaid Bridge, or upon any other Account
from this County; And now upon hearing of the Said
Charles Marquand This Court doth Resolve and
Order that no Application or Petition of him the Said
Charles Marquand touching the Matters aforesaid be
hereafter received by this Court.
By adjournment on Thursday the fourth Day of
