Suppressing of divers Fairs held in the Said County
amounting together to the Sum of ten Pounds eight Shilling
and nine Pence, And It appearing to this Court by the
Report of Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . Chairman of this Court, to
whom It was referred by Order of Sessions to inspect
the Said Certificates of Allowances Etc that he hath
perused the Account of the Said John Randall< no role > touching
his Disbursments above mentioned, which amount to the
Said Sum of ten Pounds eight Shillings and Nine Pence,
and is of opinion that he ought to be allowed and paid
the Same, It is Ordered by this Court that Mr.
John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay unto the
Said John Randall< no role > the Said Sum of ten Pounds eight
Shillings and Nine Pence in full Satisfaction of his
Said Disbursments, And that his Receipt together
with this Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the
Said Treasurer for Such payment.

By adjornment on Thursday the fourth day of September 1746

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer of
Middx. to pay to Mr. Daniel Bolton< no role >
£1.4s.6d on accot. of moneys by him
disbursed in relation to May Fair
and unto Mr. Tho: Wilkinson
£1.10s. for trouble and expences in
Order to obtain an Information
agt. Mr. Joseph Cranfield< no role > of
Hampstead }

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of the County of Middx
do pay unto Mr. Daniel Bolton< no role > the Sum of One pound four Shillings and Six
pence by him disbursed and paid by Order of Thomas Lane< no role > and John Milner< no role > Esqr.
two of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the said County to several Persons for
their Attendance trouble and expences at the last Mary Fair in the Said County in
Order to discover Misdemeanors and Offences there to the intent the same might be
Suppressed, And that the said Treasurer do also pay unto Mr. Thomas Wilkinson< no role >
the Sum of One Pound and ten Shillings for his Expences in Summoning Mr.
Joseph Cranfield< no role > of Hampstead before Sir Dudley Ryder< no role > Knt . his Majesty< no role > 's
Attorney General in Order to have an Information granted against him the
said Cranfield for holding or causing to be holden a Fair at Hampstead
without legal Authority for so doing and for the Attendance and trouble of
the said Mr. Wilkinson relating thereunto, And that the respective
Receipts of the said Mr. Bolton and Mr. Wilkinson shall be Sufficient
discharges to the said Treasurer for such respective Payments.
