Order for appointing Mr.
Wm. Walker high
Constable of the Tower
Division within the
Hundred of Ossulston
in the [..] stead &
place of Mr. Robert
Yates deced}

This Court doth appoint William Walker< no role > of the parish
of St. Paul Shadwell in the Tower Division within the
Hundred of Ossulston in the County of Middx Gent to be
high Constable of the Tower Division aforesaid in the
stead & place of Robert Yates< no role > Gent to be high Constable
deced late high Constable of the same Division, And doth
Order that the said William Walker< no role > do forthwith attend
and take his Oath in this Court for his due Execution of
the Office of high Constable of the said Division.

Order for payment of
the fees for Venison
out of the Colt money
untill further Order}

It is Ordered by this Court that the fees for two Bucks of
Venison presented by the most Noble the Duke of Newcastle
Custes Rotulorum of the County of Middx to his Maties
Justices of the peace for the said County assembled at
this present Sessions be paid out of the Coltmoney
belonging to the Justices of the peace for the same
County, And that the fees for such venison as may
hereafter be presented to the Justices of the peace for the
said County assembled in their General Quarter or
General Sessions shall be also paid out of the Coltmoney
belonging to the Justices of the peace for the same
County until further Order to the contrary.

inquire concerning
debts incurred in the
life time of Mr. Osborne
the late House Keeper
for repaires done to
Hicks Hall Etc}

Whereas an Order was made in the life time of Mr.
Osborne late House Keeper of Hicks hall (to wit) at the
General Session of the peace holden for this County by
adjournment on Thursday the seventh day of December
last whereby It was (amongst other things) recomended
& referred unto Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > Esquire Sr. John
Crosse Bart
