Indicted}
Whereas Several persons Indicted at the Sessions of the

Recognizances entred into for trial of their traverses or
for their personal appearance to answer & plead to the

inconvenient, and a great hindrance to persons bound
over to the Sessions (against whom there is no prosecution)
to obtain a discharge of their Recognizances, This Court is
of opinion that all motions for respiting of Recognizances
for trial of traverses to a Subsequent Sessions ought to be
made within the first three days of the Sessions at which they
ought to appear, And doth Order that for the future no
motion be made for respiting any Recognizance for trial
