County or any three or more of them as a Committee to
assemble & meet together, And to consider whether Justices
of the peace assembled in General Quarter Sessions have
legal power & authority by vertue of the Act of parliament
made in the twelfth yeare of the late Queen Ann
relating to the passing of Vagrants to allow any quarterly
or other Salary for passing & releiving of Vagrants
which Shall wander through any parish or parishes
in which the high Road to the City of London doth lye,
And to report their opinions to the Court of Sessions of the
peace for this County.
