Order for the Clerk of the
peace to prepare against
the next Quarter Sessions
the Drat. of an Order for
making a Rate for raiseing
moneys for maintaining
& passing Vagrants Etc}
It is Ordered by this Court that the Clerk of the peace
of this
County do prepare against the next General Quarter Sessions
the Drat. of an Order for the making a Rate for the raiseing
of moneys for the maintaining & passing Vagrants in &
through this County pursuant to the Statute made in
the twelfth year of the reign of the late Queen Ann, And
that in Such Drat. be comprized an Account of the parishes
hamlets & places in this County to be assessed by the Said
Rate, And that particular care be taken to amend in the
Drat. of the aforesaid Order the defects in a former Order of
Sessions & Rate thereby made for raiseing of moneys for the
maintaining & passing of Vagrants, which was in
Hillary Term now last quashed by his Maties Court of
King's Bench at Westminster
, And It is further Ordered
that it be incerted in Such Drat. that Such Sum & Sums of
money as have been paid on or by vertue of the Said
Rate which was quashed be allowed to Such person or
persons, Parishes, hamlets or places who paid the Same,
in discharge of the like Sum or Sums which may be
comprized or directed to be raised or assessed on them
by the Said Rate or Rates intended to be made for the
maintaining & passing Vagrants.

It is Ordered by this Court that the consideration of a
matter touching the providing of the Statutes for the use of
the Justices of the peace
of this County in General Quarter
and General Sessions to be assembled be and the Same
is hereby adjourned untill the next General Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the Said County.
