Upon reading a parchment writing purporting to be
a Reply of his Maties Justices of the peace
of this County to
a Certificate & Affidavits laid before the right honble. the
Lord high Chancellor of Great Britain on behalfe of Thomas
Robe Esqr
. a Justice of the peace
of the Said County in answer to
a Representation made against him to the Said Lord
Chancellor by a considerable Number of the Justices of the
peace of this County touching the matters therein
mentioned This Court doth approve of the Said Reply,
And is of opinion that the Same be Signed by as many
Justices of the peace
of this County assembled at this
present Sessions as Shall think proper, And doth order
that

as Shall
think fit on this occasion to be present with him, be and
they are hereby desired in the name and on the behalf of
his Maties Justices of the peace
of this County to attend and

time of their first attendance Then to take another
opportunity for laying the Said Reply before his
Lordship.
