desire him to cause the
Same to be printed,}

His Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx now
assembled at this present Sessions Doe Order that their thanks
be and they are hereby given unto Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr.
Chairman of this Court for the vertnons and learned Charge
by him this day given to the Grand Jury and other Jurys
assembled at this present Sessions And doe desire that he
will be pleased to cause his Said Charge to be printed.

It is Ordered by this Court that Jacob Harvey< no role > Esqr . be and he is
hereby nominated chosen appointed & continued Treasurer of the
moneys collected and received or to be collected and received for the
releife of maimed Soldiers and Mariners inhabiting and residing
in the hundreds of Ossulston , Edmonton and Gore in this County for
the year One thousand Seven hundred & thirty four, and he is
appointed and desired to take the account of Thomas Pindar< no role > Esqr.
Treasurer for the Said Hundreds for the years One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty one, and one thousand Seven hundred and
thirty two (if the Same be not already taken) in the presence of
Sr. John Gouson< no role > Knt . Sr . Henry Penrice< no role > Knt. Richard Browne< no role > John
